Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been a popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most affluent. Shottas was an iconic film in which he appeared with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records for his 1996 debut Like Father Like Son album and songs like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the most popular song on the British reggae chart) and"Who The Cap" (remix), Sensimelia and many more contributed to the rising recognition for his latest generation of reggae. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell of Fugees to perform Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant. The song became a massive hit in 1997. Marley performed at Midem (international music showcase) in the year it was held at Miami at the beginning of its run. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live throughout 36 nations. Marley was involved in a bidding conflict. He joined Gee Street/V2 Records, where in 1997 he worked with P.M. Dawn
